Shelby raced in the Single Speed World Championships in Napa, CA.

As you can see from his number plate its a very prestigous race.

The racers like to dress up.

The race started with some guy saying, "See that guy down the hill in the middle of that field waving. Everyone go put your bike down there and then come back."

So they did and then they were told to run around the horse corral, go get their bikes and that's how they started the race. It was a lot of fun watching all the crazy people who ride without gears like my stud husband. I have tons more pictures, but not enough time to post.
